Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is run by Ryberg B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 63738066, branch no. 000032622945), with its registered office at Mercuriusplein 1, 2132 HA Hoofddorp. Ryberg B.V. is the controller for the personal data described in this statement.

Questions about privacy? E-mail us at info@ryberghealthcare.com.

2. What we collect and why

Contact and demo requests

When you use the form on our contact page we receive the details you enter: the type of request, the department, your first and last name, job title, organisation, e-mail address, phone number (optional), country and your message. To protect the form against abuse we also record the date and time and the IP address the request was sent from.

The same applies to the download forms for our white paper and study (name, e-mail address, organisation and the details the form asks for). We use these details only to answer your question, to send you the document, to arrange a demonstration and to follow up on your request. Submissions are stored in our customer relationship system (HubSpot). The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

E-mail updates (only with your consent)

If you tick the box on the form, we may send you information about Ryberg and Omnia® by e-mail. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to one of our e-mails or writing to info@ryberghealthcare.com.

E-mails you send us

If you e-mail us directly, for example to respond to a vacancy, we process the details in your message and any attachments, such as a CV, to handle your message or application.

Visiting the website

When you visit the site, our hosting provider's web server automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These logs are needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use them to identify you.

3. Cookies, analytics and live chat

With your consent we use HubSpot to analyse how visitors use this website and to offer live chat. HubSpot then places cookies such as __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc and hubspotutk (visitor analytics, up to 6 months) and messagesUtk (live chat, up to 6 months). These cookies are only placed after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, no HubSpot tracking code is loaded. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We remember your cookie choice in your browser's local storage for 12 months. The site does not load advertising or social-media plugins, and fonts are served from our own server.

If you use the language switch, your browser remembers your choice (EN or NL) in its local storage. This stays on your own device, is not sent to us and is used only for that setting.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that we need to run the website and our e-mail, and who process the data on our behalf:
